The Gotham Independent Film Awards brought together some of Hollywood’s brightest stars for a ceremony that Variety dubs “the Iowa caucus of Oscars season.”
Held at Cipriani Wall Street, the awards honored Sundance’s breakout “Call Me By Your Name” with the award for best feature, while star Timothee Chalamet nabbed the breakthrough actor award. Other winners includes Jordan Peele for “Get Out,” James Franco, Robert Pattinson and Nicole Kidman .
On the red carpet before the ceremony, the star-studded crowd was uber stylish in a variety of looks that brought the glam to Downtown Manhattan.
