Red carpet : Emmy Awards 2015

The 67th annual Primetime Emmy Awards take place at the Microsoft Theater in downtown Los Angeles on Sunday night.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine star Andy Samberg hosts the ceremony, which honors the best in primetime television programming. HBO’s Game of Thrones led all nominees with 24 nods, while Transparent earned an impressive 11 nominations its breakout year.

The city hosting the awards at Microsoft Theater Sunday night had a special weather statement in place, according to the Weather Network. Throughout the day, temperatures felt as high as 37 C with the humidity. By the time the show started, it had cooled slightly to just over 30 C.

The 44-year-old actor finally won the Outstanding Actor in a Drama Series award for his work on Mad Men, which celebrated its final season earlier this year. He has been nominated eight times for his role in the series.

The Modern Family teen star charmed in a white tuxedo jacket with black trim at the 67th Primetime Emmy Awards. He matched his outfit with a black bow tie, black trousers, and black and white patent leather dress shoes.

Peter Facinelli

The Twilight star supported fiancee Jaimie Alexander, who presented during the ceremony, in a black tuxedo.

Zachary Levi is wearing a John Varvatos tux 

Levi wore a sophisticated, textured black tuxedo with matching bowtie. Polishing off the ensemble was a pair of patent leather lace-up Louis Leeman dress shoes.

Damian Lewis snubs the dinner jacket for a dark navy single-breast suit and medium-width tie. The sharp tailored jacket with subtle satin lapel being the feature.
